Our experience and talent varies considerably from total beginners to the highly competent; what we do have in common is enthusiasm. In the summer months, we work outdoors. In less clement and colder weather, we focus on still lifes. We draw in a range of media but principally pencil, charcoal and pastel. We don’t have a teacher but we share expertise and offer constructive comments at the end of each two hour session.

The group has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and works together very companionably. The number in the group is kept at eight to make that manageable but we are happy to add interested u3a members to the waiting list.
