Membership runs from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.

Renewal reminders are sent out from early March through to the end of April. Although further reminders are still sent out in April, members who haven’t renewed by April 30th are considered to have lapsed. Lapsed members can no longer attend groups or monthly meetings and can only attend social events as a guest of a member, if space allows.

Members can renew by standing order, set up with their bank or building society. This ensures that renewals don’t get forgotten and saves work for the Membership team.

Other methods of renew include cash, cheque or credit card at the March and April monthly meetings, by post with a cheque and by BACS with information provided by the Membership Secretary.
